Insurance Policy

• Covers against fire, water, and accidental damage to household electronics purchased from TopMart Nigeria, both online and in-store.
• Coverage is for 12 months, effective from the date the insurance is activated.
• Customer bears 20% of the value of replacement or repair of products.
• Cover does not include theft of the item.
• Insurance can only be claimed once.
• In the event of accidental damage to the insured item, the insured must immediately notify TopMart.
• Notification by the insured must be made within a maximum of 3 days from the date of accidental damage.

After due notification, TopMart can proceed with replacement or repair with the following documents:

1. Original purchase receipt
2. Repair estimate or repair cost
3. Duly completed form
